Because if other items that could be traded are unregulated, then hell, i can just put an Ammo Drum in with the Riven mod (if it had a 1k plat cap) and cheat the system by pretending the Ammo Drum is worth 2k plat. They can never be worth more than a certain amount.īut if you really want Riven mod to be capped, then eventually everything will need a price cap. But at the same time, there's still a set range of what those stats can be, thus why I feel there should be a set price cap on Riven mods. Now THAT is the most insane priced mod ever. The Auction House idea has been thrown around and that'd be ideal for this kinda system, but, barring that it'd be nice to have a separate tab for Riven Trading and maybe a slower rate of posts that can show up at once, give people a chance to see what someone posted before a new post completely buries it. It's hard to even keep track, let alone find what you want. Right now, current Trade is just flooded with offers for Riven mods. Secondly, we need, I think, a separate trade tab for Riven Mods that uses a different system for posting. Now, I know that the market is all about freedom to set your own prices, but, can we please have some kind of cap/pricing system set up DE? By you? To make sure we aren't getting gouged for something that's not worth that much. To put that into perspective, that's roughly $150.00 US Dollars worth of platinum. Good god, I had someone that wanted 3k for an Ignis mod. HOLY CRAP, ARE PEOPLE LEECHING OTHERS FOR PLAT. It does add a uniqueness to the game that no one else will really have the EXACT same stats as you.

So, this is gonna cover a few of my thoughts regarding Riven mods in their current state as it relates to the economy side of thingsįirst off, I love Riven mods.
